Our History

In 2016, on the corner of Water and James Streets in Toowoomba, National Tiles and Carpet Call opened their doors. Since then, the business has become a go-to destination for homeowners and builders across the Darling Downs region.


We’ve proudly supplied high-quality tiles and flooring throughout Toowoomba—and we’re just getting started! Building on our success, we launched James St Bathrooms, offering stylish fittings for bathrooms, kitchens, and laundries. It’s all about enhancing the customer experience with the unmatched convenience of finding everything you need under one roof.

We’re locally owned and managed, our owners are involved with sponsoring local swim clubs, football clubs, and schools. Our Managing director sits on the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce as the current Vice President. We really love this town and we’re invested in its growth and success!
